The shopper says not an employee, holding a dinner basket like a tiny alibi. The woman nudges the cart into the shopper, which is customer service with bumpers, and calls it laziness. The threat to find a manager drops like a plot twist in a soap opera. The shopper shrugs and invites the sequel.

Cut to the service desk where reality clocks in. The real employee points at the shopper and says not staff, and the woman's confidence melts faster than ice cream left in a minivan. The cart gets abandoned. The ego gets freezer burn. The exit looks like a retreat from a battle no one else joined.

The whole thing reads like cosplay authority meets the clearance rack. The woman believes the back room is Narnia, and anyone in navy is Mr. Tumnus with a pricer. The shopper believes dinner beats unpaid labor. The employee believes in nouns and verbs.
